The Space Centre opened in 1962 and was named in honour of President Kennedy after his assassination in 1963. Ever since, it has been a world of fun and excitement for all! The Visitors Complex has everything from real life artefacts to fascinating exhibits to attractions on the history and future of human and robotic spaceflight.
