Day 1: Arrival Hanoi Vietnam – City highlights
  • Arrival Flight: Morning arrival flight.
  • Meet and welcome by our English-speaking guide at Noi Bai International Airport.
  • Transfer to Hanoi downtown.
  • Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and residential grounds to learn about the life of Uncle Ho.
  • Visit the nearby Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university.
  • In the afternoon, visit Dong Xuan Market.
  • Walk through Hanoi's Old Quarter.
  • Enjoy a cyclo ride around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter to experience local life and culture.
  • Hotel check-in time: 14:00.
Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long, welcome on the boat (B/L/D)
  • Departure: Around 8:00 AM from your hotel to Ha Long Bay (approximately 4 hours).
  • Arrive at the port around noon.
  • Welcome on board and settle into your cabin before the trip briefing.
  • Enjoy a fresh, local seafood lunch while cruising Ha Long Bay.
  • Stop to swim and visit a mysterious cave.
  • Relax at a secluded island beach.
  • Return to the boat to watch the sunset from the top deck.
  • Enjoy dinner on board.
  • Overnight stay on the cruise.
Day 3: Explore Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Fly to Da Nang (B/BR)
  • Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the tranquil beauty of Ha Long Bay with towering limestone formations.
  • Breakfast on board at around 0730 – 0800 Hrs.
  • Take a short rowboat ride guided by local rowers in the bay.
  • Have brunch on the boat while slowly cruising back to the pier.
  • Travel back to Hanoi and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang.
  • Overnight stay in Da Nang
Day 4: Ba Na hill – Golden Bridge full day (B)
  • Breakfast at your hotel.
  • 08:00 AM: Transfer to Ba Na Hills (35 km from Da Nang city center).
  • Board the Sun World Cable Car, holder of 5 world records, to Ba Na Hills Station.
  • Stop at By Night Station to visit: Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, Old French Villas
  • Continue by cable car to Nui Chua Mountain (top of Ba Na range), visiting: Nghinh Phong Peak, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden
  • Visit Le Jardin d'Amour Flower Garden and Linh Ung Pagoda.
  • Walk across the famous Golden Bridge and enjoy panoramic mountain and forest views.
  • Lunch: At your own choice.
  • Afternoon free to enjoy Fantasy Park, the third-largest indoor amusement zone in Vietnam, featuring: 4D–5D films, Skiver, Death Race, Dinosaur Park
  • Return to Da Nang hotel by 5:00 PM for overnight stay.
Day 5: Da Nang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.
  • Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh, transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • Rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels (B)
  • 08:30 AM: Depart from your hotel for a tour of the Cu Chi countryside.
  • Explore the life of guerrilla warriors who lived and fought underground during the war.
  • Crawl through 50 meters of the 200 km Cu Chi tunnel system.
  • Visit a rice paper workshop in the morning.
  • In the afternoon, explore Ho Chi Minh City like a local, visiting: Cho Lon Market, A hidden Chinese pagoda, Notre Dame Cathedral, Historic Central Post Office, City Hall
  • Drop-off at your hotel around 5:30 PM.
Day 07: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B)
  • Depend on departure flight schedule, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to airport for your flight departure.

Payment Policy:
  • 25% Payment 30 days prior to departure
  • 25% Payment 20 days prior to departure
  • 100% payment 15 days prior to departure
  • The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.
Cancellation Policy:
  • FOR FIT GROUP
  • The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
  • If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: a 5% service fee along with any non-refundable costs will be applied
  • If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
  • If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost
  • The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and product. Therefore, we request you to recheck and reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy with us prior to booking.
  • FOR GIT GROUP
  • The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
  • If you cancel our contract any time to 45 days prior to your departure: a 5% service fee along with any non-refundable costs will be applied
  • If you cancel our contract 44 to 30 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
  • If you cancel our contract 29 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost
Important Notes:
  • Rooms and rates are subject to availability and are valid for the travel period till June 2026.
  • The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
  • All rates quoted in this tariff in USD are NETT and non-commissionable unless specified.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Tipping Policy (3 USD per person per day) Mandatory.
  • Drivers does not speak / Understand English.
  • English Speaking Guides are Mandatory for the Tours.
  • On Board at Ha Long bay most of the cruise provide local Vietnamese Food.
  • Rates are not valid during Trade Fairs, Special Events, Holiday period & Blackout dates.
  • In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons including children/infant age, Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Nationality of the travellers, Preferred Hotels, Tour names, Payment methods, etc.
  • SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfer operates from a common meeting point or selected hotel pick-ups. Guests are required to reach the common meeting point on their own.
  • SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfers are subject to operation by the tour operator, and in case any tour is cancelled for any reason by the operator, a refund will be provided accordingly.
