Day 01: Kilimanjaro Airport – Lake Manyara National Park
  • Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet & greet by our representative.

Day 02: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park

  • After lunch, you will be driven to Serengeti National Park. Check in & freshen up

Day 03: Serengeti National Park

  • Will enjoy full day game drives of the park.
  • Morning game drives of the Serengeti National Park with packed lunches

Day 04: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
  • Breakfast at the Lodge
  • Collect packed lunch from the Lodge and you will enjoy the morning game drives of the Serengeti National Park.
  • In the afternoon, you will be driven to Ngorongoro Crater.
  • Late afternoon, arrival at the lodge in Ngorongoro
  • Check in and Freshen Up
  • Overnight in Ngorongoro Crater
Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater
  • Breakfast at the Lodge
  • Collect packed lunch from the Lodge and you will be driven into the Crater floor for full day game drives.
  • Late afternoon, return to the lodge
  • Overnight in Ngorongoro Crater
Day 06: Ngorongoro – Arusha Departure
  • Breakfast at the Lodge
  • Check out & private transfer Kilimanjaro International Airport for your return flight back home via Arusha Stop Over for lunch

Exclusions :
  • Driver guide tips $5-10 per person per day

  • Any items or services not mentioned in the inclusions
  • Any kind of Incidental deposit that guest may need to pay upon check in
  • Porterage Charges in Hotel/Airport/During Tours
  • Personal expense
  • High Season Surcharges as applicable
  • Use of vehicle other than the specified itinerary
  • Early check in and late check out unless specified
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
Payment Policy:
  • 30% advance payment is required as soon as Hotels are Blocked
  • 25% payment is required 45 days prior to travel
  • 100% Payment is required 30 days prior to Travel.
  • The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 5% service fee will be applicable if the booking is cancelled after confirmed.
  • 25% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 45-60 days prior to departure.
  • 50% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 30-45 days prior to departure.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 0-29 days prior to departure.
  • The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and product. Therefore, we request you to recheck and reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy with us prior to booking.
Important Notes:
  • The above rates are valid from Mar 2026 to Jun 2026.
  • The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
  • All rates quoted in this tariff are in USD are NETT and non-commissionable unless specified.
  • The Vaccination required from India coming to Kenya is Yellow Fever, which has to be taken 10 -12 days before travel date.
  • The rates are subject to availability – no availability checked at the time of quoting.
  • Availability will be checked once we have a go ahead / acceptance of the offer. We request for names as per passport/ passport copies and flight details. The quote based on availability may differ w.r.t the hotels available or/ and rates. For Groups we will need the multiple airline flight details to advise cost per arrival / departure.
  • At times services requested may not be quoted if same not available / logistically possible, thus please check the inclusions carefully services not mentioned in the inclusions are not included.
  • Private transfers are point to point – no stops / detours permitted.
  • Normal hotel check – 1400 – 1500 hrs. Check out 1000 – 1130 hrs.
  • Security deposit will be charged at time of check in. This is for incidentals and extras during the guests stay at the hotel.
  • City Tax / Resort fees are to be paid locally and room tariff do not include same.
