Day 01: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Aberdare National Park

Meet & Greet: Arrival and safari briefing by our representative, including itinerary highlights and safety guidelines.

                            Transfer to Aberdare National Park: Drive approximately 4–5 hours (201 km) to the park, followed by hotel check-in and lunch.

                            Afternoon Options: Optional game drive in the park or relax at the hotel, observing wildlife if near a watering hole.

                            Evening & Overnight: Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 02: Aberdare National Park to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Morning Departure: After an early breakfast, check out from Aberdare National Park and enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive (70 km) to Ol Pejeta Conservancy.

                            Arrival & Lunch: Upon arrival at the lodge, enjoy a hot lunch.

                            Game Drive & Sanctuary Visit: Embark on a game drive to explore Ol Pejeta's diverse wildlife, followed by a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary to observe and learn about conservation efforts.

                            Evening & Overnight: Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, immersed in the sounds of the African wilderness.
Day 03: Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park

Morning Departure: Enjoy breakfast at the lodge in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, then check out and drive approximately 4 hours (135 km) to Lake Nakuru National Park, passing through scenic landscapes.

                            Arrival & Lunch: Have lunch at the designated camp or lodge upon arrival.

                            Afternoon Game Drive: Explore Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhinos, flamingos, and diverse birdlife.

                            Evening & Overnight: Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 04: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

Morning Departure: Enjoy breakfast at the camp or lodge in Lake Nakuru, then check out and drive approximately 4–5 hours (210 km) to Masai Mara Game Reserve, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley.

                            Arrival & Lunch: Have lunch at the lodge or designated area upon arrival.

                            Afternoon Game Drive: Explore Masai Mara, famous for abundant wildlife and opportunities to spot the Big Five in their natural habitat.

                            Evening & Overnight: Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

Morning Game Drive: After breakfast at the lodge, embark on a full-day game drive in Masai Mara Game Reserve, exploring extensive areas for diverse wildlife sightings.

                            Picnic Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the reserve.

                            Afternoon Game Drive: Continue the game drive, spotting more wildlife and exploring different parts of the reserve.

                            Evening & Overnight: Return to the lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.
Day 06: Masai Mara to Nairobi Airport

Morning Departure: Enjoy breakfast at the lodge and complete check-out, ensuring all belongings are packed and bills settled.

                            Transfer to Airport: Depart Masai Mara and drive approximately 5–6 hours (250 km) to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

                            End of Safari: Arrive at the airport in time for your outbound flight, concluding your safari adventure

Payment Policy:

30% advance payment is required as soon as Hotels are Blocked
25% payment is required 45 days prior to travel
100% Payment is required 30 days prior to Travel.
The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.

Cancellation Policy:

5% service fee will be applicable if the booking is cancelled after confirmed.
25% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 45-60 days prior to departure.
50% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 30-45 days prior to departure.
100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 0-29 days prior to departure.
The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and product. Therefore, we request you to recheck and reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy with us prior to booking.

Important Notes:

Rates mentioned are in USD & Valid till June 2026.
The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
The Vaccination required from India coming to Kenya is Yellow Fever, which has to be taken 10 -12 days before travel date.
The rates are subject to availability – no availability checked at the time of quoting.
Availability will be checked once we have a go ahead / acceptance of the offer. We request for names as per passport/ passport copies and flight details. The quote based on availability may differ w.r.t the hotels available or/ and rates. For Groups we will need the multiple airline flight details to advise cost per arrival / departure.
At times services requested may not be quoted if same not available / logistically possible, thus please check the inclusions carefully services not mentioned in the inclusions are not included.
Private transfers are point to point – no stops / detours permitted.
Normal hotel check – 1400 – 1500 hrs. Check out 1000 – 1130 hrs.
Security deposit will be charged at time of check in. This is for incidentals and extras during the guests stay at the hotel.
City Tax / Resort fees are to be paid locally and room tariff do not include same.
