Board the scenic train journey from Oslo to Myrdal.
In Myrdal, board the iconic railway to Flåm.
Arrival Flåm / Balestrand.

Reach the location on your own for a scheduled 2 hours walking city tour to discover Bergen highlights. Scheduled departure 10:00 or 11:00 a.m.
Enjoy a self-guided experience to Mount Fløyen with return cable car tickets for breathtaking panoramic views of Bergen (unescorted).

Day 06: From Bergen to Arctic Tromso, land of Northern lights

Scheduled SIC Northern Lights chase (5–7 hours) in a small group, including transfers, guide services, and hot drinks. Departure at 18:00 hrs (meet at designated location).
Overnight Tromso.
Day 07: Discover Tromso and Northern lights chase by catamaran.

Reach the location on your own to experience a scheduled 4–5-hour Tromsø Fjord excursion featuring a guided journey through stunning fjords, wildlife sightings including sea eagles and reindeer, photography tips from a professional, and a seaside lunch. Departure at 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. (meet at location).
Scheduled evening 3 hour Northern Lights chase by catamaran, departing at 19:00 hrs (meet at designated location) from Tromsø Harbor. Enjoy breathtaking Arctic coastal scenery and fjords, with possible wildlife sightings such as sea eagles and seals. The spacious and stable catamaran offers a comfortable viewing platform, accompanied by professional guides who provide insights into the Northern Lights, local surroundings, and marine life. Tour is weather-dependent.
Overnight Tromso.

Payment Policy:

Please note that the rates are valid for 2 people from 1st October 2025 till 30th April 2026, based on twin-sharing basis
A 20% deposit will be required to be paid upfront upon confirmation of booking.
Remaining to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. In case of non-payment of the full amount before the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and forfeit the deposit.
A 100% non-refundable payment will be required to pay, if the travel date is in less than 30 days.
We will not book any activities that will fall under immediate cancellation unless you agree to it (on a Non-refundable basis).
Please fill the attached rooming List excel sheet and Flight info sheet and kindly send us so that we can start the booking process.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellations prior to 30 days from arrival, a cancellation fee of EUR 100 per person will be charged, and the remaining deposit will be returned. If any non-refundable amount is paid for any services ( We will ask your permission before booking any such Non refundable service if needed to book before 30 days of arrival ), then the non-refundable amount will not be adjusted or refunded. We will offer a credit note for the 70% admin charges that can be used for any future bookings made in 2026 as adjustment for Norway files ( i.e Eur 70 per pax will be used as a credit note for the same incase of any cxl due to visa rejections if done 30 days prior to arrival).
In case of cancellation within 30 days from arrival, the package is non-refundable.

Important Notes:

The above rates are valid from Mar 2026 to Jun 2026.
All rates quoted in this tariff in EUR and are NETT & Non-commissionable unless specified otherwise.
The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates are not valid during Trade Fairs, Special Events & Block Out Dates.
In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons (children/infant with their age), Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Preferred Hotels, Tour names with booking reference number, Payment methods, etc. All reservation requests should be directed to the referred email address
SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfer operate from a common meeting point for pick-ups. Guests are required to reach the common meeting point on their own.
