Day 01: Arrival in Troms
  • Arrival in Troms� and private transfer to the hotel.
  • An evening Northern Lights catamaran chase from Troms� Harbor is an incredible way to experience the Northern Lights and enjoy the stunning Arctic scenery. Here’s what you can expect and some tips to ensure you have a memorable experience.

Day 02: Senja transfer day excursion
  • Breakfast.
  • Walk or take a short taxi ride to the bus station.
  • Board a public bus to Senja (tickets are included).
  • Arrival in Senja.
  • Evening at leisure.
  • Overnight Senja.
Day 3: Senja Wildlife & Fjord Safari
  • Breakfast.
  • In the morning enjoy 1 hour and 30 mins scheduled Wildlife & Fjord Safari.
  • In the afternoon enjoy an outdoor hot tub and sauna.
  • Overnight Senja.
Day 4: Senja Sightseeing
  • Breakfast.
  • Enjoy 4 hr sightseeing along the National Scenic Route.
  • Overnight Senja.
  • High chance to see northern lights.
Day 5: Arrival in Troms�
  • Breakfast.
  • Private transfer to the pier.
  • Board scenic ferry to Troms� (tickets included).
  • Arrival in Troms� and walk or take a short taxi ride to the hotel.
  • Later enjoy the Fjellheisen cable car ride (return tickets are included).
  • Overnight Troms�.
Day 06: Departure day
  • Breakfast.
  • Private transfer to the airport.
  • Flights on own arrangements.
  • Departure as scheduled with a lifetime of fond memories.

Booking and Payment Policy:
  • Please note that the rates are valid for 2 people from 1st October 2025 till 30th April 2026, based on twin-sharing basis.
  • A 20% deposit will be required to be paid upfront upon confirmation of booking.
  • Remaining to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. In case of non-payment of the full amount before the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and forfeit the deposit.
  • A 100% non-refundable payment will be required to pay, if the travel date is in less than 30 days.
  • We will not book any activities that will fall under immediate cancellation unless you agree to it (on a non-refundable basis).
  • Please fill the attached rooming list Excel sheet and flight info sheet and kindly send us so that we can start the booking process.
Cancellation Policy:
  • In case of cancellations prior to 30 days from arrival, a cancellation fee of EUR 100 per person will be charged, and the remaining deposit will be returned. If any non-refundable amount is paid for any services (we will ask your permission before booking any such non-refundable service if needed to book before 30 days of arrival), then the non-refundable amount will not be adjusted or refunded. We will offer a credit note for the 70% admin charges that can be used for any future bookings made in 2026 as adjustment for Norway files (i.e. EUR 70 per pax will be used as a credit note for the same in case of any cancellation due to visa rejections if done 30 days prior to arrival).
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days from arrival, the package is non-refundable.
Important Notes:
  • The above rates are valid from Mar 2026 to Jun 2026.
  • All rates quoted in this tariff are in EUR and are NETT & non-commissionable unless specified otherwise.
  • The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates are not valid during Trade Fairs, Special Events & Block Out Dates.
  • In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons (children/infant with their age), Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Preferred Hotels, Tour names with booking reference number, Payment methods, etc. All reservation requests should be directed to the referred email address
  • SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfer operate from a common meeting point for pick-ups. Guests are required to reach the common meeting point on their own.
