Day 01: Arrival in Baku

Day 02: Baku City Tour

                            Old City Tour - Proceed to Inner City is the historical core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls were well protected. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people.

Day 03: Gobustan Tour & Absheron Tour

Breakfast at the Hotel.

                            Gobustan tour - Gobustan is best known for being the home to the famous rock petroglyphs. The area has been settled since the 8th millennium BC.

                            Visit to Mud Volcanoes.

                            Trip to Fire Mountain.

                            Overnight stay in Baku.
Day 04: Departure

Transfer from the hotel to the airport

Transportation PVT: Sedan car (1-3 seats) or Mercedes Viano minivan (4-7 seats)
All tours and transfers based on private basis with English Speaking Driver

Entrance Fee: Gobustan museum & Taxi to Mud volcano, Fire Temple, Fire Mountain.

Visa cost (35 USD per person for Normal Visa / 80 USD per person for Urgent Visa)

Payment Policy:

25% Payment 30 days prior to departure
50% Payment 20 days prior to departure
25% payment 15 days prior to departure
The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.

Cancellation Policy:

25% cancellation fee will apply before 30 days prior to departure
50% cancellation fee will apply before 20 days prior to departure
100% cancellation fee will apply before 15 days prior to departure
The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. The above rates are valid from Mar 2026 to Jun 2026.
The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
All rates quoted in this tariff are in USD are NETT and non-commissionable unless specified.

In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons including children/infant age, Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Nationality of the travellers, Preferred Hotels, Tour names, Payment methods, etc.
SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfer operate from a common meeting point or selected hotel pick-ups. Guests are required to reach the common meeting point on their own.
SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfers are subject to operation by the tour operator, and in case any tour is cancelled for any reason by the operator, a refund will be provided accordingly.
